“We loved the property but it is not worth the price! The arrival and check in process is clumsy at best and there is ZERO information in the many emails and messages received from the property. I was having to call or message about WiFi, how to operate the AC units, where was this and where was that because NO information was shared in all the emails and messages and there was NO information in the unit. On top of this, Waze sent us to the wrong place but we could see the property and...

“The mother was helpful when the code to enter the room wasn't working. I tried calling but didn't get an answer so I sent a message on the website and finally received a response 1hr 15mins later but the mother helped us.”

“Overall room was awesome but the towels were stained, the shower did not work appropriately and the tub backup. The room suited it’s purpose I spent one night, it provided great comfort but needs attention for the bathroom”

However, the big disappointment is that the shower drain did not drain properly and the shower floor would fill and flood into the bathroom within about 5 minutes in the shower. To me, this is just about as bad as staying somewhere that the toilet doesn’t work in. To stay in a place this nice, the expectation would be that at least those basic necessities work flawlessly. Very disappointing and I’m not so sure that I would stay there again.”

“Property was as advertised. We had a good time once we were able to get onto the property. The notes on the VRBO system regarding property access were outdated. We had to call VRBO customer service to help us get into the property. After about 45 minutes sitting at the gate we were finally able to get in contact with the host who gave us the updated gate code. ”

“Property was very clean and modern. The pool was located there by the property. Location was amazing close to the water and all the amenities in this area. I cannot say enough about the host Caitlin, she was always there to answer my questions at the click of a button.”
